Sr Benefits Analyst
Position SummaryThis position works in office 2 days per week, 3 days remote.The Sr Benefits Analyst is responsible for benefit administration of all benefits. This position maintains benefit set-up in the HRIS system and ensures ongoing benefit-related data integrity. Responsibilities include functioning as the liaison between vendors and employees, assisting in resolution of complex, non-routine benefits issues, communicating benefit offerings, and maintaining accurate enrollment and eligibility information to ensure appropriate premium payment by both participant and PCH. Additionally, this position provides project management for benefit-related projects.
