The Sr. Director, Emergency Services, Trauma, is responsible to support and sustain the mission and vision of the Department of Nursing, Emergency Department and Trauma Services, providing leadership for nursing practice and assuring healthy work environments. The Sr. Director, Emergency Services, Trauma leads collaborative efforts with inter-professional teams to achieve the organizations strategic priorities and to improve the patient and family experience, and patient care safety and quality.
