RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Day-Time Hospitalist for Full Time Employment in Long Branch, NJ

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Hospitalist for Full-Time employment at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch.

This is a great opportunity for eager physicians to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary team working alongside a strong support staff, including advanced practice providers, to provide high-level, quality-driven patient care.

Ideal candidates will be motivated to join a busy practice, support a team-based approach to patient care, and collaborate with other hospitalists, case managers, social workers, bed managers, and others involved in clinical care, discharge planning, and patient/family communications.

The Hospitalist will work a 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour clinical shift model to ensure seamless and appropriate patient care transitions.

Candidate Requirements:

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Ambitious and seeking opportunities for growth

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $300,000 to $330,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience
