Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Family Medicine Physician, you will join Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group's thriving Family Medicine network, becoming an integral part of our well-established practice in the premier community of The Woodlands, Texas. You will expand our mission to provide the highest standard of compassionate care, making a significant impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel, seeing an average of 18-22 patients daily, from newborns to seniors. You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, emphasize preventative care, and collaborate closely with a dedicated support team. All of this is within a flexible 4.5-day work week designed to optimize your work-life balance.
Every day you will:
- See 18-22 patients per day, allowing for dedicated time and strong patient relationships.
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients from newborns and up, embracing the full spectrum of practice.
- Diagnose/treat acute/chronic illnesses, perform preventative care, and offer vital health education.
- Collaborate with a dedicated supporting team of nurses, MAs, and administrative staff.
- Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives, influencing clinical protocols.

- Utilize modern EHR systems for efficient documentation.
- Access specialty consults and referrals within the Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group network for coordinated patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with an active or eligible license to practice medicine in Texas. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction, and be adept at working both independently and as a valued member of our collaborative team.

Maintain strict confidentiality, protect sensitive data, and adhere to all organizational and departmental safety standards and guidelines. Job RequirementsRequired:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible license in the state of Texas
- Strong clinical skills with experience in comprehensive primary care, including care for newborns to adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families
