Summary The Patient and Family Experience Manager (PXEM) provides proactive experience elevation and recovery aligned with the strategic business initiatives of the system and the location(s) they serve. Using patient and family experience insights, direct observation and best practices, the PXEM mentors unit and department leaders, physicians and team members in establishing and hardwiring experience elevation. This position provides experience area oversight, mitigates negative situations, celebrates successes and ensures an exceptional experience for every child and family we serve.How
