Summary Under the supervision and direction of the Director of Quality Improvement, the Performance Assurance Manager oversees the development, implementation, and coordination of systems and processes necessary to meet all National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation and certification requirements. In upholding NCQA standards, the Manager collaborates with directors and managers in ensuring that quality improvement (QI) programs are proactively oriented, data driven, aligned with strategic objectives, and compliant with regulations.
